Rick Peiffer, CRNA

Rick Peiffer graduated from CRNA school in December 2018, and is a proud Ohio native. He began his career at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center (Go Bucks!), where he gained invaluable experience managing complex, high-acuity cases. The clinical rigor, teamwork, and attention to detail emphasized during his time there continue to shape his practice today.

A few years into his career, Rick transitioned to independent practice as a 1099 CRNA, an evolution that aligned closely with his professional calling. Practicing independently allows him to take full ownership of patient care, delivering anesthesia with precision, accountability, and compassion. He is deeply committed to patient safety and takes great pride in providing reassurance and comfort during some of the most vulnerable moments in a patient’s life. The trust his patients place in him is a privilege he never takes for granted.

In the summer of 2023, Rick and his wife relocated to Charlotte to allow his wife to pursue her dream career opportunity. He is excited to bring his experience, professionalism, and patient-centered approach to the Charlotte community and surrounding areas. His goal is simple: to provide safe, exceptional anesthesia care while upholding the highest standards of clinical excellence and integrity.
