Rick Peiffer, CRNA

Rick Peiffer, CRNA graduated from CRNA school in 2018 and began his career at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, where he developed expertise caring for complex, high-acuity patients. The strong clinical foundation and collaborative environment there continue to influence his practice today.
Rick now practices as an independent CRNA, providing safe, compassionate, and patient-centered anesthesia care with a focus on clinical excellence, accountability, and patient comfort.
In 2023, Rick and his wife relocated to Charlotte, where he is proud to serve the community. He is committed to delivering exceptional anesthesia care while earning the trust and confidence of every patient.

Sarah Horvath, CRNA

Sarah is a Buffalo, New York native and has been a CRNA since graduating from UPMC Hamot School of Anesthesia/Gannon University in 2020. She has practiced in Baltimore, Maryland, and Charlotte, North Carolina, providing anesthesia care in trauma centers, community hospitals, surgery centers, and outpatient clinics.

Sarah is committed to delivering safe, individualized care while helping patients feel informed, supported, and at ease throughout their experience.
